All activities on this platform — from opening an account to placing bets, playing casino games, and making payments — are governed by these terms. Please read the full document before becoming a member.
Definitions and Applicability
These terms and conditions (hereinafter "Terms") apply to the har baji platform and all its services. "Platform" refers to the harbaji.cam website and its associated mobile application. "Member" refers to any individual who has a registered and active account on this platform.
"Services" refers to the sports betting, live casino, slot games, virtual sports, and other gaming activities offered by har baji. By accessing the platform or creating an account, a member is considered to have accepted all provisions of these Terms.
Account Registration
2.1 Registration Requirements
To open an account on the har baji platform, a member must provide accurate and complete information. The name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment details provided at registration must be real and belong to the member personally. har baji reserves the right to cancel any account registered using false or another person's information.
2.2 Single Account Policy
Each individual may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are opened under the same person's name or from the same device, all such accounts may be cancelled and any balance held in those accounts may be forfeited.
2.3 Account Verification
har baji may request identity verification from a member at any time. A national identity card, passport, or other government-issued document may be required for verification. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.
2.4 Account Security
Members are required to keep their login credentials (username and password) strictly confidential. If a member becomes aware of any unauthorised use of their account, they must notify the har baji support team immediately. Using another person's account or allowing anyone else to use your own account is strictly prohibited.
Age Limit and Eligibility
All services on the har baji platform are for individuals aged 21 or above only. If a minor opens or operates an account, the account will be cancelled and any deposited funds may be forfeited without refund.
- The member must be at least 21 years of age.
- The member must be a resident of Bangladesh.
- The member must be mentally competent and voluntarily consent to using the services.
- No har baji employee or their immediate family member may place bets on this platform.

Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits
Deposits on the har baji platform can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Payments must be made using the same name as the registered account — payments made under a different name may be rejected.
4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Timeframes
The same methods are available for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
4.3 Payment Verification
Identity verification may be required for suspicious transactions or a first-time withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete. har baji reserves the right to hold transactions if fraudulent activity is suspected.
Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members at har baji receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. To receive this bonus, the member must complete wagering of 10 times the bonus amount. For example, a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000, and ৳20,000 (৳2,000 × 10) in wagers must be placed before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
5.2 Other Promotions
The terms of other har baji promotions apply individually to each offer. Weekly rewards, slot festivals, cricket season offers, birthday gifts, and refer-a-friend bonuses each have their own wagering requirements.
5.3 Bonus Abuse Prohibited
If any attempt is made to abuse the bonus system, manipulate it, or gain an unfair advantage through coordinated betting, har baji may cancel the bonus and close the account. Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
5.4 VIP Programme
The har baji VIP programme has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier — up to 0.3% at Bronze, up to 0.7% at Silver, and up to 1.0% at Gold. Cashback is calculated based on weekly net losses.
Betting and Casino Terms
6.1 Validity of Bets
Sports betting, live casino, slots, virtual sports, and other games are available for wagering on the har baji platform. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled; however, if an event is cancelled under specific circumstances, the stake may be refunded.
6.2 Technical Errors
In the event of incorrectly displayed odds or results caused by server errors, network disruptions, or software faults, har baji reserves the right to void affected bets and recover any winnings incorrectly paid out.
6.3 Match Fixing and Fraud
If evidence is found of involvement in match fixing, misuse of inside information, or any form of fraudulent betting, the account will be closed immediately and all winnings will be forfeited.
6.4 Finality of Game Results
All game results are determined through a random number generator (RNG) or live dealer and are considered final. In the event of a dispute over a game result, server logs will be treated as the definitive evidence.
Responsible Conduct
har baji believes that gaming is a form of entertainment and is committed to ensuring that members do not spend beyond their means. The platform provides options to set personal betting limits, take temporary breaks, or voluntarily close an account.

Account Suspension and Closure
8.1 Closure by har baji
har baji may suspend or close an account for any of the following reasons:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms.
- Registration using false information.
- Operating multiple accounts.
- Involvement in fraudulent activity.
- Abuse of the bonus system.
- Registering while under 21 years of age.
8.2 Account Closure by Member
Any member may close their account by contacting the support team. It is recommended to withdraw any eligible balance before submitting a closure request.
Limitation of Liability
har baji is not liable under any circumstances for the following:
- Loss suffered by a member due to internet connection disruption or device issues.
- Delays or losses caused by third-party technical faults.
- Loss resulting from unauthorised access to a member's account where the member shared their own credentials.
- Service interruptions due to force majeure or circumstances beyond har baji's control.
har baji will not under any circumstances accept liability for a member's expected winnings, missed opportunities, or indirect losses.
Privacy of Personal Information
Full details of how members' personal information is collected, used, and protected can be found in our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, members are considered to have also consented to the terms of the Privacy Policy.
har baji uses SSL encryption and other security measures to keep members' information safe. Information is not sold to third parties.
Changes to Terms
har baji reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Notice will be provided on the platform and to the member's registered email before changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken as the member's acceptance of the updated terms.
